Ingredients
  • Whey protein, ½ cup
  • Canola oil, ¼ cup
  • Salt, ½ teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour, 1 ¾ cup
  • Warm water, ½ cup
  • Baking powder, ½ cup
Procedure
  • Take a large bowl, and sift together whey protein, salt, all-purpose flour, and baking powder.
  • Then, add canola oil to this mixture, and mix properly.
  • With the help of a tablespoon, add water to this mixture, 2 - 3 tablespoons at a time.
  • Knead the mixture properly until it turns elastic and smooth.
  • Make 12 small roll balls out of the dough, and cover them for half an hour.
  • Then, roll out the dough pieces, and cook them on hot griddle for 30 - 45 seconds for each side.
  • Use your favorite stuffing, and enjoy the healthy whey protein tortillas.

» Low Carb Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  • Whey protein, ½ cup
  • Vanilla, 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs, 2
  • Almond flour, 1 cup
  • Salt, ½ teaspoon
  • Molasses, 4 teaspoon
  • Butter, ½ cup
  • Artificial sweetener (granular), ½ cup
  • Oat flour, 1 cup
  • Low carb dark chocolate candy bar (chopped), 3 ounces
Procedure
  • First mix the butter and artificial sweetener.
  • Then, add vanilla, molasses, and eggs to the butter mixture, and mix the ingredients properly.
  • Now, put in oat flour, whey protein, salt, and almond flour to the previous mixture.
  • Mix them properly until all the ingredients get combined with each other. In the end, add the chopped chocolate bar, and stir the mixture.
  • Grease the baking sheets, and place the cookies over them.
  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF, and bake the cookies for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Let them cool for 2 minutes ,and your healthy whey cookies are ready to eat.

Ingredients
  • Whey protein, 1 scoop
  • Banana (ripe), ½
  • Strawberries (large), 3
  • Powdered milk, 1 scoop
  • Water, 1 cup
  • Ice cubes, 3 or 4
  • Blueberries, ½ cup
