Include as many vegetables as you can in your salads. Vegetables like tomato, carrot, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, broccoli, and mushrooms are some of the vegetables which can be included in your diet. You can opt for different low fat dressings for salads, so that you do not get bored of eating salads regularly. They can also be used to make fiber-rich sandwiches as well, but make sure you opt for whole wheat bread.
