1. Allium
Allium is a type of vegetable with 500 species include garlic, onion etc.
Allium vegetables are rich in vitamin B6 and C. Also helpful in cancer prevention.
2. Cruciferous
Cruciferous include cabbage, cauliflower, brussels, broccoli, sprouts.
Cruciferous are low-calorie vegetables rich in vitamins C, E, and K, folate and fiber and helpful for weight loss.
3. Edible Plant Stem
Edible plant stems are healthy vegetable types which includes celery, asparagus and bamboo shoots.
These are low in saturated fat, and cholesterol and rich in Vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, riboflavin.
4. Leafy Green
Leafy Green is a type of vegetable that includes lettuce, spinach and more.
These are most nutritious and healthiest vegetable type with vitamins A, C and K, fiber, potassium.
5. Marrow
Marrow is a type of vegetable which is
thin-skinned and fruit like texture.
Example - pumpkin, cucumber and zucchini.
Marrows are rich in vitamin A and good for weight loss.
6. Root
Grown underground, eaten by humans.
Examples - potato, carrots, beetroot.
Root vegetables are rich in vitamin A and C. Also are good source of several antioxidants,  carbohydrate and fiber.
