  • Cold water, 1 cup
  • Almond extract, 1 tsp.
  • Chocolate protein powder, 1½ scoop
  • Xanthan gum, 1 tsp.
  • Almond sugar-free syrup, ¼ cup
  • Ice cubes
  • Granular splenda, ½ cup
  • Heavy cream, 1 tbsp.
Preparation
Take a bowl and mix protein powder and xanthan gum well, then add water, cream, syrup, extract, and sweetener into a blender. Now, add the protein powder mixture and blend the entire mixture at high speed. Add ice cubes, one at a time and blend until the mixture is very thick.

Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  • Protein powder, 2 scoops
  • Oats, 1 cup
  • Baking powder, 1 tsp.
  • Vanilla essence, 1 tsp.
  • Egg whites, 4
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Artificial sweetener, 1 packet
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Make pancake size dollops on a well heated pan and turn them over when you see the bubbles popping on top.

  • Concentrated orange juice , 1 tbsp.
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend at high speed. To make it more refreshing, you can also add some crushed pieces of ice and blend again.

Strawberry Protein Bar

Ingredients
  • Egg whites, 3
  • A fresh apple, diced
  • Splenda, 5 tsp.
  • High-protein powder (strawberry), 3 scoops
  • Tofu, 200 g
  • Dried and diced apricots, 1 cup
  • Oatmeal, ½ cup
  • Diced water chestnuts, 1 cup
  • High-fiber cereal, ½ cup
Preparation
Take an 8 x 8 pan, grease it with vegetable oil and coat it with oat flour. Now, add the tofu, diced apple, egg whites, and Splenda in a blender and mix well. Don't panic if you see small lumps, instead pour this mixture into a bowl and add in the protein powder, dried almonds, water chestnuts, oatmeal, and cereal. Mix well and make sure the batter remains thick and lumpy. Pour this mixture in the oil coated pan, press in the corners with a spoon, and make it flat.
Now, place the pan in the oven and heat it for 30 minutes at 350 °F. Make sure you keep an eye on your recipe, the top portion will be lightly browned up, but the middle will still be a little soft and wet when tested by a fork. After you've taken out the pan from the oven, let it cool completely and then cut into bars. For storage, keep these bars in the fridge in an airtight container.
