Method

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounce freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce vanilla flavored vodka
  • 4 ½ ounce sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce ginger liqueur
Method
In a cocktail shaker, add the vanilla flavored vodka, ginger liqueur and pomegranate juice. Shake the cocktail shaker until all the ingredients are combined well. Pour the martini into chilled martini glasses, until they are filled up to three quarters of the glasses. Top the martini glasses with sparkling wine and serve immediately.

Blueberry Pomegranate Martini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 ounce vodka
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  • ½ ounce blueberry juice
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Method
Chill the martini glasses in the freezer. In a cocktail shaker add the vodka, pomegranate juice and blueberry juice. Shake the cocktail shaker to combine the ingredients well. Place the powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Coat the rim of the martini glasses with the cut lemon half and then dip them in powdered sugar.
Now pour the prepared blueberry-pomegranate martini in the glasses and serve immediately.
