Nutritional Value of Orange Juice

Moreover, some studies say that vitamin C has anticancer properties, and it neutralizes free radicals in the body. It also helps to absorb non-heme iron and prevents deficiency of iron in the body. Orange juice contains high levels of minerals such as magnesium and potassium.
