Almonds are rich in vitamin E, so is almond flour. It contains 6.25 mg of vitamin E. It also is rich in vitamin A, B3 (Niacin), B2 (Riboflavin) and B1 (Thiamine). It also contains 12 mg of foliate, and 13 mg of choline among the B group of vitamins.
