A very commonly used method for effective elimination of waste products and detoxification of the body is the master cleanse salt water flush. In fact, it is the most rugged part of the master cleanse program.
Master cleanse is a popular body health program. Salt water flush is a mineral consumption and body detoxification technique, which is a part of this health program.
Master cleanse is a 3 to 10 days liquid detox diet program. It is used to remove all the toxins from the body. It is also known as colon cleansing, internal cleanse, intestinal cleanse, or natural colon cleanse.

Master Cleanse Salt Water Flush Recipe

Make a mixture of 1½ to 2 level teaspoons of uniodized sea salt and one quart of warm water in a bottle. Mix well. Use organic salt only, do not use iodized salt. This mixture does not taste so good. You can even add one teaspoon of lemon or fresh lime juice to the mixture. This will add taste to your salt water flush mixture.

How to do a Master Cleanse Salt Water Flush

Drink the entire quart of the mixture. Drinking it altogether won't be easy in the first attempt, but try to drink it by dividing it into parts. This procedure acts like an enema. It also flushes away useful bacteria from the body. Therefore, sometimes you may need to take probiotic supplements. Skip one meal say, dinner, before doing this procedure.
It is necessary to do it early in the morning. Do not eat or drink anything before drinking the salt water mixture. You need to keep at least 8 hours of gap after a meal. Most of the people using salt water flush experience bowel movements within 30 to 45 minutes. It produces 5 to 6 bowel movements within a day.
People, who eat more cheeses, meat, and less vegetables may not experience bowel movement at all, even after undergoing a salt water flush. They should try this again by slightly increasing the quantity of salt in the water. This procedure often causes vomiting sensation in people, therefore do not force yourself to drink the entire quart.

Benefits

Salt water's gravity is almost equivalent to the gravity of blood. Therefore, it comes out of the body unabsorbed by the kidneys and blood. This quality of salt water helps to remove all the waste material out of the body. It even removes old ordure and decayed plaques from the colon.
A salt water flush is an economical, safe, and natural process of removing toxins from the body. Do not do it more than necessary, as it will increase sodium deposition in your body, which can cause high blood pressure. Consult your medical practitioner, in case if you experience excessive, unusual bowel movements.
People with ulcers, appendicitis, tuberculosis, or cancer should consult with their physician before doing it. People having a constipation problem should take safer herbal laxatives like garcinia or senna, at least a day before taking a salt water flush. Avoid eating food that is too heavy to digest, spicy foods, alcohol, and oily food products.
Salt water flush is a better technique to remove toxins from body, in comparison with the other available laxatives and enemas.
