How to Make Your Own Natural Energy Drink

Priyanka Kosta Sonkushre
Energy drinks have become popular because they provide instant energy. Marketed ones are good for consumption, but nothing is better than the ones containing natural ingredients. Here are some natural energy drink recipes to give you that instant 'pick-me-up' feel.
Energy drinks available at grocery or convenience stores are mostly carbonated, containing caffeine and sugar in large amounts. Many times, manufacturing companies do not specify the amount of caffeine content in energy drinks. People who are sensitive to caffeine suffer anxiety, depression, palpitations, etc., even with a small amount of caffeine intake.
With the absence of caffeine content on the label, it is impossible for anyone to figure out how much of it is being consumed. Moreover, energy drinks are only sold to people belonging to the age group of 18-30 years, and are considered unfit for children.
Wondering how you can make a natural energy drink at home? So, for all the mothers who want to energize their children after a hectic day at school, and for people who prefer natural drinks, here are a few of them.
