Vanilla Orange Shake

  • Orange juice, 10 oz.

  • Strawberries, (frozen) 3
  • Banana, ½
  • Sweetener, according to your taste
  • Ice cubes, 6
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pour it in a tall glass. Enjoy this delicious drink chilled.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter Shake

A combination of peanut butter and chocolate gives out an extremely delicious taste. This is an excellent drink for weight loss and muscle gain since, it contains low calories and high nutritional value.
For this shake, you can also use whey protein powder.
  • Protein powder, (chocolate flavored) 4 scoops
  • Peanut butter, 2 tbsp.
  • Whipped cream, 2 tbsp.
  • Water, ½ cup

Strawberry and Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream Shake

  • Strawberries, (Frozen) 1 cup
  • Lemon cheesecake ice cream, 4 scoops
  • Skimmed milk, 2 cups
  • Egg whites, 4
  • Evaporated milk, 2½ tbsp.
  • Sweetener, 1 packet
Separate the egg whites in a medium-sized bowl and beat it with the milk. Pour this mixture into a blender and add the lemon cheesecake ice cream, strawberries and evaporated milk. Blend all the ingredients together. Pour the contents in a tall glass and place it in a refrigerator. Serve it chilled.

Banana, Apricot and Strawberry Shake

Along with the fruits, you can add soy milk, since it is a high source of protein. This recipe is the best for women, since it provides all the necessary nutrients.
    • Banana, (frozen and diced) 1
    • Apricot, (diced) 1
    • Strawberries, (frozen) 6 to 7
    • Protein powder, 2 scoops
    • Soy milk, 1 cup
    • Skimmed milk powder, ¼ cup
    • Water, ½ cup
    In the blender jar, place all the ingredients together and blend it till all the ingredients are combined properly. For an extra punch of nutrition, you can also add crushed pineapple and few mango slices.
