Making Goji Juice

In order to prepare fresh goji berry juice, you require two cups of water and ¼ cup of dried goji berries. All you have to do is to soak the goji berries in water for around four to five hours. You may also opt for overnight soaking. Blend the goji berries along with the water in which they were soaked.
You may consume the blended berries as such or after straining. In order to strain the blended goji berries, pour it to a colander lines with a fine cheesecloth. Make sure that the colander is placed on top of an empty pan or pot. You may use this goji juice as such or after mixing with sweetener like agave nectar.
Another option is to add other fruits along with the goji berries. You may use blackberries, raspberries, blueberries or apples for this purpose. In case of the above recipe, you have to take ¼ cup of any fruit of your choice and blend it along with the soaked berries. Consume it as such or after straining.
You may also strain the blended goji berries and add any fruit juice to this juice. So, there are various options to make goji juice at home. For some people, goji juice is the water used for soaking the berries. They just soak the berries for a few hours. After that, the berries are removed and the water used for soaking is sweetened and consumed as juice.
