Adults should opt for 1 to 2 teaspoons (10g) and for the people over 60 years of age, ½ to 1 teaspoon is enough. While children over 6 years of age can have ½ to 1 teaspoon; kids of 3 to 5 years age can consume only a quarter teaspoon of Chyawanprash.
Hot A2 milk, almond milk, or coconut milk can be considered too. The basic advantage of taking Chyawanprash with milk is that it improves digestion, rejuvenates the body, and gives a feeling of freshness.

With Water

Although slowly licking off the spoon is the best way to take Chyawanprash, stirring 1-2 teaspoons into hot water and drinking as a tea also makes a great option.
A teaspoon of Chyawanprash, mixed with hot water, taken on an empty stomach proves to be a great combination. Although, generally, consumed once in a day, before breakfast, it can also be taken twice a day. This combination is known to boost your energy, and improve the metabolism.

Simply Chyawanprash
