Spaghetti Squash

This squash can look just like spaghetti after it has been cooked. It is low in carbs and rich in vitamins. The squashes are cooked up and then separated into strands using a fork. It can then be topped with different sauces.

The noodles are made with a glucomannan flour and water with a touch of line water. They are 97 percent water and can be used instead of traditional pasta.

Cauliflower has been used as a replacement for rice and now it is being used to replace pasta. Cauliflower is a good source of vitamins. It is even said to have properties that will be able to help the body fight back against cancer.
