Grains: Low-fat grains like multi-grain, bran, oatmeal, brown or white rice, baked and fat-free cookies, Graham crackers, rice cakes, pretzels, bran muffins, etc., are less likely to cause acid reflux. But, in case you suffer from acid reflux on consuming carbs, avoid them altogether. Secondly, avoid carbs that are hard to digest, like whole grains.
