Chicken wings can be consumed in various ways, for instance, baked, barbecued, fried, or deep-fried.
A number of ingredients like oil, vinegar, ketchup, seasonings, citric acid, garlic, cumin, oregano, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, mustard, orange peel and juice, thyme, etc., can be used to marinate them before grilling. Similarly, grilled, baked, fried wings can be topped using mushrooms, cheese, corn kernels, black beans, tomatoes, avocados, cilantro, etc.
Various types of cheese, fruits, and vegetables along with different dressings are part of chicken dishes. So, the calorific content will be different for each dish, depending upon how the dish is prepared, and what ingredients are used.

Remember, when fried in oil and/or drizzling with tempting salad dressing, chicken wings don't just lose their nutritional value, but also become a high calorie food. It's not at all healthy to have them marinated in oil, or roasted in butter.
Olive oil or nonstick cooking pan should be preferred, which can make your dish tasty as well as nutritious. Just be sure that they stay healthy even after cooking. Baked, roasted, or grilled wings are much more healthier than the fried ones.
