  • 100 g potato pancake, on an average, comes with 268 calories.
  • One cup of buckwheat pancake dry mix, weighing about 122 g, provides about 415 calories.
  • One plain pancake of 6 in. diameter, weighing 77 g usually contains about 175 calories.
  • One 8 oz. package of a 'special dietary pancakes dry mix' is loaded with 792 calories.

NLEA stands for Nutrition Labeling and Education Act. An NLEA serving suggests 'the amount that you would customarily eat in one sitting'.
