Preparation Method
This easy-to-make soy protein shake is tasty, and people who have lactose intolerance problems can enjoy having it. 
As per your preference, you can substitute soy milk with the same amount of low-fat milk.In a blender, add protein powder, soy milk, almonds and raisins.
Mix on high for 20 seconds, and pour in individual serving glasses. Some people prefer adding a scoop of peanut butter in the protein shake. But it is optional and the choice of using this fatty ingredient is up to you.

Chocolate Almond Protein Shake

  • 16 ounces skim milk
  • 2 servings of chocolate protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • Chopped silver almonds (for topping)

Almond and Apricot Protein Shake

  • 2 tablespoons ground almond
  • 3 fresh apricots
  • 1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • ⅔ cup cold semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or other flavoring)
Preparation Method
In this recipe, fresh apricots are added. After removing seeds, add apricot flesh in the electric mixer along with almond, apple juice, protein powder, milk and vanilla extract. Blend for 1 - 2 minutes on low. Pour in a glass and serve.

  • 1 cup dry oatmeal

  • 3 dashes of cinnamon
