It reduces inflammation, stimulates the immune system, regulates the digestive system and helps reduce stress and anxiety, thus, enhancing physical and emotional well-being.

Ginger

Ginger, with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, contains beta-carotene, gingerols and capsaicin that reduces the risk of coronary heart conditions, relieves gastronomical distress, aids digestion and also helps to treat common cold and flu.

Almonds are a rich source of vitamin E, magnesium and proteins, that help stimulate vitality, regulate blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Munching on almonds reduces irrational cravings and aids weight loss.

Dates

Dates, also known as date palm, consist of fibre and antioxidants that enhance the defense mechanism of the body against bacteria. Being a good source of iron, they increase hemoglobin. Therefore, you must have 3-4 dates daily.
